This website (the “Site”) and all associated services, products, memberships, content, and features (collectively, the “Services”) are owned and operated by Discipline Monster PTE. LTD. (“DISCIPLINE MONSTER,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using the Site or Services, you (“you,” “your,” or “Member”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and any other supplemental policies referenced herein.

All content—including livestreams, accountability tools, videos, worksheets, and community discussions—is educational and general in nature, and is not tailored to any individual’s medical situation.

3.2 No Medical Advice

Nothing provided through the Site or Services should be construed as:

    • Health advice
    • Mental health treatment
    • Clinical guidance
    • A substitute for professional healthcare

    • You will achieve any specific physical or psychological result
    • Your habits will improve
    • You will avoid illness, injury, or negative changes in health

Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your individual health status, behaviors, genetics, lifestyle choices, environment, and medical conditions.

3.4 Assumption of Risk

Participation in accountability sessions, habit tracking, community interaction, or any part of the DISCIPLINE MONSTER program involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

    • Fatigue
    • Stress
    • Injury
    • Poor health outcomes
    • Worsening of pre-existing medical conditions

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation.

3.5 Limitation of Liability for Health Outcomes

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law:

DISCIPLINE MONSTER is not liable for any adverse health outcomes including but not limited to:

    • Injury
    • Illness
    • Worsening medical conditions
    • Psychological distress
    • Negative physical or emotional experiences
    • Death

You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless DISCIPLINE MONSTER, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from all claims arising from your decisions relating to your health, habits, or lifestyle.

4. Online Transactions and Membership

You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize DISCIPLINE MONSTER or its payment processor to charge your chosen payment method for all purchases.

Memberships may auto-renew depending on your selection at checkout. You are responsible for managing or canceling your subscription through your account before the renewal date.

We may adjust pricing with notice but will honor “Founding Member” lifetime pricing for those eligible as described on the Site.

DISCIPLINE MONSTER is not responsible for third-party products or services linked or referenced within the Site.

5. Community Features, Conduct, and Restrictions

The Site may include forums, live chats, livestreams, private groups (including PeepSo), and interactive features.

By using these features, you agree NOT to:

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse others
  • Post offensive, obscene, or illegal material
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Provide medical advice to other members
  • Upload viruses or malicious code
  • Advertise or solicit business
  • Attempt to access restricted areas without authorization

We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.

Participation in community discussions is at your own risk. We do not endorse member-generated statements.

6. Registration and Security

Certain features require account creation. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current information
  • Maintain confidentiality of your password
  • Notify us of unauthorized account access

We are not liable for any losses resulting from failure to secure your account.

7. No Refunds After Access

All membership purchases, digital downloads, and access to the DISCIPLINE MONSTER member platform are non-refundable once access has been granted.
Because the Service includes immediate delivery of digital tools, videos, community access, and proprietary resources, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • No refunds will be issued after your account has been activated,
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time or lack of participation,
  • All subscription fees are final once processed.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not complete your purchase.

8. GDPR Compliance (for EU and UK users)

If you are located in the European Union, United Kingdom, or any region with data-protection laws modeled after the GDPR, you acknowledge that DISCIPLINE MONSTER processes your personal data based on:

  • Your consent,
  • Contractual necessity (to deliver your membership),
  • Legitimate interest (such as improving the Service).

You also retain the rights granted under GDPR, including access, correction, deletion, and portability of your personal data.

9. Right to Terminate Membership for Misconduct

DISCIPLINE MONSTER reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, without refund, if a member engages in conduct that:

  • Harasses, threatens, or abuses other members or staff
  • Disrupts livestreams, meetings, or community discussions
  • Shares confidential or members-only content publicly
  • Promotes illegal, harmful, or discriminatory behavior
  • Violates the Community Guidelines or these Terms of Service

Termination may occur without prior notice.
All decisions regarding misconduct are at the sole discretion of DISCIPLINE MONSTER.

10. Results Vary

DISCIPLINE MONSTER provides tools, education, accountability frameworks, and general lifestyle content intended for informational purposes only.
You understand and agree that:

  • No specific health, fitness, weight, or performance results are guaranteed,
  • Outcomes differ for each individual based on personal effort, lifestyle, genetics, health history, and external factors,
  • Past success of other members does not guarantee future results.

Your participation is voluntary, and you assume full responsibility for your decisions, actions, and outcomes.

11. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Site will operate without interruption
  • Content is accurate, complete, or reliable
  • Tools or resources will produce desired outcomes
  • Livestreams will be available at all times

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue using the Services.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

DISCIPLINE MONSTER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of health
  • Loss of income
  • Loss of opportunity
  • Emotional distress
  • Injuries or medical complications
  • Business interruption

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 3 months.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you end immediately.

Sections related to intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and warranties survive termination.

14. Refund Policy

Each product or membership plan specifies its own refund policy. Where not specified, all payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

16. Assignment

You may not assign your rights under these Terms. DISCIPLINE MONSTER may assign its rights and obligations without restriction.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Singapore law.

Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Singapore under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).

Class actions are expressly waived.

18. Severability

If any section of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
